GENERAL CONDITIONS
All orders for goods shall be subject to these terms and conditions. No variation of these terms and conditions shall apply unless agreed in writing by Roberton Supplies Ltd.
Roberton Supplies Ltd guarantee that all goods on offer are accurately described on the website and are fit for their intended purpose. Should any product fail to meet our high standards it will be immediately replaced. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that orders can only be accepted from customers who are 18 years or older. If you are under 18 years of age you are welcome to browse our website but regret that we are unable to accept any order from you.
PAYMENT
Payment for goods ordered can be made via PayPal using most major debit and credit cards.
In the event of payment being declined by your card issuer, Roberton Supplies Ltd shall not be responsible for any costs or inconvenience caused by a subsequent delay in despatch.
DELIVERY CHARGES AND METHODS - UK MAINLAND
All delivery costs are based on Royal Mail Delivery costs for the UK and Ireland. These are standardised on our shopping pages. They will be added at the checkout confirmation page.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, all UK customers have the right to cancel orders placed through a website within seven working days of their receipt of the goods. UK residents wishing to cancel an order under these Regulations should return the goods to Collis Curve UK. Please send all returns to Roberton Supplies LTD, 22 Camelford Road, Bristol, BS5 6HW, in their original packing and in their original condition.
Roberton Supplies Ltd will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned in this way until they are received at the address above and we strongly recommend that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery or some other means of tracked delivery system.
Once we receive the goods in saleable condition, a refund for their cost will be made via PayPal.
